Please read the product description, measurements, materials, care instructions and any product-specific conditions before ordering.
Handwoven and handmade products may have small variations in colour, weave, texture or dimensions. Any significant variations or known imperfections will be described where applicable. These characteristics do not excuse a defective product or an item that materially differs from its description.
Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. This does not remove your rights where a product is incorrectly described.
For food products, please check the ingredients, allergen information, quantity, storage instructions and best-before or use-by information provided before purchase and on the packaging.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm your order.
Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Cash on delivery is available only when expressly offered for your order.
Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or account password with us through email, phone or WhatsApp.
Orders and availability
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We will separately confirm acceptance and dispatch arrangements.
If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, delivery is unsupported or a material listing error has occurred, we will explain the issue and contact you about the available options.
We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent. If you do not accept a proposed correction, you may cancel the affected item and receive a refund of any amount paid for it, including applicable delivery charges.
Delivery and supplier fulfilment
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines will be disclosed before purchase. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
Some products may be dispatched by N MART and others by suppliers identified in the relevant product or order information. Your order may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking details.
N Mart Store remains your contact for order assistance, including supplier-fulfilled products. Separate fulfilment does not remove the responsibilities we owe you under applicable law.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation before dispatch and returns after dispatch are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
That policy explains ordinary return periods, exchanges, product-specific conditions, return shipping costs and refunds.
